OAuth-based connections

All integrations use secure OAuth authentication. We never store your passwords—only encrypted access tokens that can be revoked at any time from your Settings page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Go to Settings → Credentials and click "Connect" on the platform you want to add. You'll be redirected to the platform's OAuth page to authorize Synter.
Yes, you can connect multiple ad accounts (e.g., multiple Google Ads accounts or Meta ad accounts). Each connection is tracked separately.
Most OAuth tokens auto-refresh. If a connection expires (e.g., you changed your password), you'll see a warning in Settings. Just click "Reconnect" to re-authorize.
Yes. We use encrypted OAuth tokens and never store your passwords. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.
Meta requires "Standard Access" via App Review for write operations. We're in the process of completing this. For now, you can read data and update existing campaigns, but not upload new creatives.
